Corporate Portfolio
Sysman's core products include its flagship Emergency Services Software designed for Call Taking, Despatch, Resource Management and Mobility. The other mainstay of the Sysman product set is its Disaster Management and Readiness software, which now includes pro-active planning and GIS representation of risks.
These solutions are backed up Sysman's Softswitch applications that incorporate radio over IP (RoIP), voice over IP (VoIP), voice recording, remote alerting (Public Address and Bells) and Electronic Messaging and Control.
Sysman also incorporates mobility solutions - including its Vehicle Tracking, MDT's and integration services.
Back at base Sysman has also developed an IP-based Radio Control System that provides automated station controls, as well as bells, PA and intercom options. Station Controls can also include integration to third party devices such as access control, CCTV, bay doors, lights and traffic robots, to allow for the efficient dispatching of equipment and personnel.
