Teambuilding

Each month Sysman hosts an event at which each department in turn conveys to other departments it's role and function.

The emphasis is on using a light-hearted approach while ensuring the message is properly conveyed. Relevant achievements are announced and the Departmental Employee of the Month receives a prize.

The events are video-taped and stored on central servers for easy access by staff members.
