ESS Web 2

ESS Web 2 is Sysman's Windows, Intranet-based, Call Taking & Despatching System for medium to large departments. The system supports split call taking & despatching and uses a Microsoft SQL database system.

On-line Occurrence Book

All events in the system are logged in the occurrence book. Manual entries can be made by any user.

Rostering

Staff rosters can be pre defined well into the future. Rosters can be amended and activated at shift change over.

The system has its own security system over and above the operating system security. All features in the system are privilege controlled. Privileges can be defined by user or by user groups

Multiple Pager Interfaces plus SMS Messaging

The system supports messaging in many formats. Messaging parameters are set for each user within the personnel database. Users are automatically notified once despatched.

System Specifications:
