ESS Web2

Scalable solution for small to large centres

ESS Web2 is Sysman's Windows, Intranet-based, Call Taking & Despatching System for small to large organisations. The system supports split call taking & despatching and uses a Microsoft SQL database system.

Technology Overview

The lastest version of ESS is now being deployed for an increasing number of existing and new clients.

It is built on standards based technology, using ASP.NET as the foundation. ESS and Mapping are fully web enabled and will run on any Windows platform equipped with the latest .NET framework and Internet Explorer version 8/9.

It uses Microsoft SQL server databases and runs on Windows Server 2008 with Internet Information Server (IIS) enabled.

Benefits of using ESS

A web based solution offers multiple benefits. The system can operate wherever there is LAN/WAN connectivity. Support costs are reduced as the software resides on the server instead of on multiple PC's/Server/s. There are more benefits - feel free to ask us to explain.
