and Mapping are fully web enabled and will run on any Windows platform equipped
with the latest .NET framework and Internet Explorer version 8/9.
It uses Microsoft SQL server databases and runs on Windows Server 2008 with Internet
Information Server (IIS) enabled.

respond faster to calls for help. The latest web-based ESS solution does more than
ever by seamlessly integrating multiple technologies thereby making a difficult
job easier to perform.
Great improvements have been made to the UI (user interface) to simplify the learning

Benefits of using ESS
A web based solution offers multiple benefits. The system can operate wherever there
is LAN/WAN connectivity. Support costs are reduced as the software resides on the
server instead of on multiple PC's/Server/s. There are more benefits - feel
free to ask us to explain.
