iFIG
iFIG is Sysman's all-new station and radio control system.
It is the successor to conventional centralised I/O and Radio control systems and
consists of software apps which communicate with various distributed hardware devices
anywhere on an IP network (LAN or WAN).
The system is specifically designed for emergency services and combines all the
required Station and Radio control functions into a single powerful, yet simple
and easy to use, user interface
Not only does it perform all the control functions of a single station but can control
virtually an unlimited number of remote/satellite/sub stations.
Since all control signals (including audio signals) between the iFIG Client and
other system components are IP based (digital data) any PC on your network can now
become a Despatcher Console. No more proprietary hardware and special cables required.
Expanding your system is now as easy as adding application licences or additional
control devices. Disaster recovery becomes a breeze. Should a ‘console’ fail just
fire-up iFIG on another PC and away you go.
Audio interface: Regular PC headsets and/or desktop PC speakers and Desktop Microphone
are used through the Windows sound system. Specialised equipment, like wireless
headsets are available.

Instant Radio Interoperability
The solution offers secure, real-time communications over an IP network, with an
option of enabling interoperable communications over any type of two-way radio.
The powerful desktop software application allows operators to connect to radio systems
within seconds by a simple mouse click.
You retain full control of all interactions between outside agencies and your radio
system. Response management can be delegated to communications officers at the incident
scene when needed.
Feature Sets
- Radio over IP
- Intercom & PA
- Station Controls

iFIG is a solution that can be configured to give you one or more of the feature
sets above. IP based, iFIG makes use of your existing LAN/WAN thereby eliminating
most of the wiring involved with conventional systems.
Feature sets can be accessed from any point on the LAN/WAN whether in-house or at
remote locations. Features sets can be tailored to the permissions you wish to grant
to individual personnel or groups of personnel. The system is intelligent and malfunstions
should they occur are reported back to a central point. Installation and support
has been dramatically simplified and new software versions can be downloaded as
and when they are released. The system is affordable and has been competitively
priced to meet the budget constraints of small control centres.
