Whenever possible, Sysman's policy is to promote from within. Each employee is reviewed twice per year and it is at these reviews that development goals are agreed between an employee and the manager for the following period.

What we look for

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best solutions and after care necessary for an emergency services environment. To do this we need to hire the right people.

Because of the specialised nature of the business it is not always possible to find personnel with the right combination of skills from the general market. Therefore, we continuously look for personnel with the right mix of talents that can be enhanced to serve the needs of our clients. Many of our staff have grown with the company over many years and we have an enviable record of staff that have been with us for 10 years or longer.

Training

Sysman has implemented the skills development and training program with great success and continues to look for more advanced ways of providing employees and clients alike with opportunities to further develop their skills.

In addition, Sysman provides system specific training to clients on an on-going basis as and when required.

Sysman have also started implementing video tutorials in the software for easy access to training and self paced learning.
